Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to translate research into content for multiple audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in transformation, consulting, or digital content roles.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI Enablement, Learning & Transformation Content: develop training materials, guides, playbooks, onboarding content.
• Create transformation narratives and resources to help adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
• Digital Content & Thought Leadership: produce social, articles, POVs, and audience-ready assets.
• Transform research and client insights into compelling content and optimize with AI.
• Support multimedia content creation and video summaries.
