Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Architect within the CTO AI4Tech Scaling team in Plano, TX. You will architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure secure, high-quality software delivery across multiple domains.

You will design Terraform/AWS infrastructure, develop internal tooling and CI/CD integration, and mentor engineers while aligning with enterprise AI governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with backend development in Python and/or Java.

Responsibilities

• Administer and scale AI platforms with governance and analytics.
• Develop Copilot Skills, Agent configurations, and secure coding practices.
• Design and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
• Build tooling, automation pipelines, and dashboards to measure usage and cost.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and ensure code quality.
