Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Architect in its CTO AI4Tech Scaling team to drive high-quality architecture solutions across cloud-based applications. You will lead design, deliver scalable AI-enabled platforms, and collaborate on enterprise tooling, governance, and secure deployment practices.

You will mentor engineers, shape ADRs and reference architectures, and ensure responsible AI use across development, testing, and production environments within a finance domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with system design.
• Experience delivering design, development, testing, and ops.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java backend development.

Responsibilities

• Administer and scale AI platforms with governance and analytics.
• Develop and maintain Copilot Skills and agent configurations.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Design and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
• Develop internal tooling and automation pipelines.
• Build dashboards to track tool usage and costs.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation for stability.
