Job summary

Prestigious international law firm in New York, NY is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to drive value from significant AI investments. You will coordinate platform management, track roadmaps, support adoption, and align new capabilities with governance and standards.

You will collaborate with IT, Knowledge Management, Security, Risk and business teams, manage feature rollouts, and monitor usage and ROI to optimize the AI program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • General IT systems knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in legal, financial, or technology consulting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with document and knowledge management systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities, with good time management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the firm's core AI legal applications and assist with other enterprise AI tools.
  • Serve as primary contact for attorney inquiries and triage usage issues.
  • Stay current on product releases and licensing, and translate into guidance.
  • Partner with IT, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Security, Risk and stakeholders on adoption.
  • Coordinate testing and rollout of features and integrations.
  • Track usage, adoption and ROI; identify opportunities to improve value.
  • Maintain governance, policies, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors on issue management and follow-ups.
  • Support integrations with document systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Assist with communications, demos and user enablement for adoption.
  • Identify AI tools relevant to legal practice and firm operations.

AI Enablement Analyst

Prestigious international law firm | New York, NY | Hybrid

A top-tier, globally respected law firm is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to help drive value from its significant AI investments. This role sits at the center of the firm's AI strategy, coordinating platform management, tracking product roadmaps, supporting adoption, and aligning new capabilities with business needs, governance, and technology standards.

What You'll Do
  • Own the firm's core AI legal applications, with secondary responsibility for other enterprise AI tools
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney inquiries, triaging questions, troubleshooting usage issues, and escalating to vendors or internal teams as needed
  • Stay current on product releases, feature launches, and licensing changes, translating updates into clear guidance for attorneys and firm leadership
  • Partner with IT, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders on adoption and use case development
  • Coordinate testing and rollout of new features, integrations, and workflows
  • Track usage, adoption, feedback, and business value, identifying opportunities to improve return on investment
  • Maintain governance, documentation, policies, training materials, and support processes
  • Serve as a point of coordination with vendors, including issue management and follow-up on open items
  • Support evaluation of integrations with document systems, knowledge tools, Microsoft 365, and other firm platforms
  • Assist with communications, demos, and user enablement to drive responsible adoption
  • Identify emerging AI tools and capabilities relevant to legal practice and firm operations
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional services environment
  • General understanding of IT systems, networking, and computer software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar productivity tools
  • Experience in legal, financial, or technology consulting industries preferred
  • Knowledge of legal industry specific software applications preferred, such as document management, knowledge management, document review, contract analysis, enterprise search, or time tracking
  • Strong communication, problem solving, time management, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and adjust projects based on customer or management feedback
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, strong analytical skills, and eagerness to take on responsibility and learn new skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic technology department
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and health club discounts.
