BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY, seeks an associate with 2-4 years of experience to support a growing AI-focused docket spanning advisory, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. This client-facing role offers early responsibility and exposure to issues at the intersection of AI, regulation, and business.

The candidate will advise on AI governance, monitor AI law developments, and assist in due diligence and negotiation for tech transactions, while building client relationships

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
