Job summary

BCforward seeks a Project Manager – Technical Test Delivery in Houston, hybrid, for a 12-month temporary assignment. The role focuses on leading enterprise test delivery programs, driving quality outcomes, and accelerating productivity through AI-enabled testing practices.

You will manage complex testing programs, collaborate with clients, and coordinate globally distributed teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management and 8+ years in QA/test delivery, with strong communication

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience leading large, complex programs.
8+ years in QA/Test Delivery Management with enterprise-scale testing.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Agile tools (Azure DevOps or Jira).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end test delivery lifecycle across projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define and implement test strategies, processes, and frameworks aligned with client needs and organizational standards.
Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tooling, automation, and quality metrics.
Lead Agile software delivery using Scrum with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and dependency management.
Manage stakeholder communications and present status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues with timely escalation and resolution.
Coordinate globally distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies for testing and delivery.
Enable AI engineers within test delivery to implement AI-driven solutions and agentic AI workflows.
Apply Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI to automate processes, support decision-making, and increase team productivity.
