Job summary

Harris Govern in Allen, Texas is seeking a Support Analyst to join our team, delivering expert assistance for our Appraisal & Tax Collection software. You will work with clients using in‑house tools, provide training, and support onsite visits to government agencies.

The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with deep technical knowledge and proficiency in AI platforms to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-base development.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for software applications is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the company’s expanding library of software applications and configurations.
• Proficient with AI platforms and tools for enterprise solutions.
• Ability to prompt, refine, and leverage AI to accelerate troubleshooting and documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
