Harris Govern is seeking a dedicated Support Analyst in Allen, Texas to deliver high-quality customer support for our property tax and appraisal software. The role emphasizes strong communication, thorough product knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

The ideal candidate brings technical support experience, fluency with SQL Server and Microsoft 365, and a comfort with AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and knowledge-base growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide technical support for software applications.
• Proficient with SQL Server databases and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using modern AI platforms and tools for research, troubleshooting, and knowledge-base development.
