Job summary

DuBois seeks a high-performing Director to drive the next evolution of the DuBois Operating System. This role serves as a strategic partner and AI-enabled Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer, accelerating performance through disciplined execution across commercial and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive business experience in general management, strategy, business transformation, FP&A, or management consulting.
• 3+ years in an enterprise strategy capacity with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent continuous improvement credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiative leadership and coordinate execution across stakeholders.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CRO & COO and align strategy with enterprise goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Develop AI-enabled operating mechanisms to accelerate insight generation and action planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Commercial, Operations, HR, R&D, Finance, and IT.
