Job summary

Expedia Group, a global travel company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Payments Partnerships in Seattle to shape strategic payment collaborations, integrate partner capabilities, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Payments, Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal.

You will evaluate market trends, onboard partners, and ensure scalable solutions that align with business goals while leveraging AI/ML-enabled enhancements to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, technology, payments, or related field.
• Significant experience in strategic partnerships, payments, fintech, financial services, product, or related domain.
• Experience owning multi-partner or multi-service initiatives, including strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic payment-partnership strategies that strengthen Expedia Group’s payment capabilities and support business growth across relevant markets.
• Build and manage relationships with payment partners, aligning commercial objectives, product capabilities, operating models, and customer outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Payments, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to deliver partnership outcomes.
• Evaluate payment-market trends, partner capabilities, performance data, and customer needs to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and inform strategic decisions.
• Drive partner onboarding, integration, launch, and ongoing operational performance, ensuring payment solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Safely integrates and operates AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
