Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to design, prototype and build AI-enabled applications within Digital Engineering Managed Services. You will write code, review solutions and guide engineers through complex decisions, owning architecture end-to-end.

The role emphasizes deep engineering judgment, reference architectures, and delivering production-ready solutions with a strong focus on security, performance and reliability. EY offers a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in engineering and solution architecture with hands-on delivery responsibility.
• Prior consulting or complex product delivery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures across UI, APIs, data and AI components.
• Prototype solutions to validate architectural decisions.
• Define reference architectures for AI-enabled products and RAG patterns.
• Create ADRs, deployment diagrams and non-functional requirements.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, environments and release automation.
• Ensure security, reliability and observability in designs.
