Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to design, prototype and build AI-enabled applications within Digital Engineering Managed Services. You will craft end-to-end architectures, guide engineers, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Expect strong ownership of architecture decisions, collaboration with client teams, and leadership in implementing reference patterns, guardrails and reusable EY assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in engineering and solution architecture roles with recent hands-on delivery.
• Prior consulting or complex product delivery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on solution architecture & design: design end-to-end architectures across UI, APIs, services, data and AI components.
• AI‑accelerated build leadership: work directly with engineers to set patterns and raise technical quality.
• Non‑functional architecture & reliability: define performance, scalability, observability and security up front.
• Build‑to‑run ownership: design CI/CD pipelines, environment strategies and release automation.
• Client collaboration & technical leadership: lead workshops and communicate architectural tradeoffs.
• Maintain architectural governance: ADRs, diagrams and documentation for decisions.
