Job summary

You will guide architecture, ensure security and compliance, and mentor staff while delivering enterprise software solutions for government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of AI-enabled SDLC.
• Proven experience devising and executing technology roadmaps.
• Strong leadership to grow high-performing tech teams.
• Ability to lead organizational change with new technologies and processes.
• 10+ years hands-on full-stack Java/J2EE with Spring/Spring Boot; API microservices focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled SDLC across the team and cross-functional groups.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architectures.
• Oversee SecDevOps practices with automated deployment, provisioning, and security testing.
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate integration of microservices with existing systems and third-party APIs.
• Ensure security controls and regulatory compliance with security teams.
