Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, process improvement, or service design in care delivery settings
• Experience in healthcare industry or large matrixed organization
• Experience designing and launching a new service or operating model with clinical/operational teams
• Experience planning and facilitating Lean, kaizen, or similar events with frontline teams
• Experience using AI tools in work and building with them (agent, automation, or LLM)
• Senior individual contributor capable of solving hard problems end to end
• Ability to work at enterprise and market levels and decide where decisions belong
• Proven business acumen: defines measures, builds baselines, analyzes results with spreadsheets/SQL

Responsibilities

• Map and shadow current care delivery end to end across markets
• Design service blueprints: roles, workflows, staffing, and policy changes
• Measure impact and develop change management plans for deployment
• Hand off service design to deployment and maintain alignment with launch
