Job summary

GEP, a leading procurement and supply chain solutions firm, is seeking a hands-on Project Delivery Lead. You will own and execute client projects from kickoff through go-live, including platform implementations, data migrations, SaaS transitions, and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage scopes, timelines, and risks, and communicate with clients through workshops and status updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience delivering technology software implementations.
Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, from kickoff to go-live.
Lead platform implementations from requirements through configuration, testing and training.
Manage data migrations including extraction, transformation, validation and cutover.
Coordinate standups, status meetings and sprint activities.
Maintain project plans, requirements, configurations and status reports.
