Job summary

Slalom seeks a Product Strategy Consultant to translate customer needs into viable product strategies and roadmaps. You will work across product, marketing, sales, service, and technology to shape outcomes with human-centered, data-informed approaches.

In this role, you’ll blend research, revenue analytics, and AI-enabled thinking, facilitating workshops and driving consensus. You’ll travel up to 50% and partner with senior clients to achieve measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy or management consulting at a major firm or agency.
• Track record of collaborating on complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Experience across designers, technologists, data scientists, and business leaders.
• Comfort experimenting with agentic AI flows and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of Forward Deployed Engineering methodology.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor to audiences.
• Executive presence with relationship-building instincts.
• Authorized to work in the US without restriction.
• Located near New York, NY.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
