Job summary

World Bank Group is seeking a Product Owner to shape the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled corporate solutions that streamline processes across ITS and business units. You’ll translate complex needs into viable requirements while leading end-to-end delivery and measuring impact on employee experience and operational value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience.
• Strong business judgment and ability to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Experience with AI-enabled, agentic, automation and data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and value proposition for reimagined corporate solutions using AI, automation, and data.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to redesign services.
• Own priorities, backlog, and releases; translate strategy into requirements and MVPs.
• Lead iterative delivery from discovery to launch with prototypes, pilots, and user testing.
• Partner across business and ITS teams to deliver secure, interoperable, and scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption via stakeholder alignment, readiness plans, and clear narratives.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and business value to continuously improve solutions.
