Job summary

Stripe is seeking AI-enabled builders for a 12-month intensive training program. You’ll be paired with a host team and, after completion, ideally placed full time in a Product Manager role.

The role focuses on solving problems, writing code, shipping features, and iterating quickly while elevating Stripe's craft and quality. You’ll embed with Stripe users, own the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, and build on a home team before transitioning to a PM track.

Qualifications

• CS or engineering degree required.
• New grad or 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Internships, personal projects or school can count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed yourself with Stripe's users to understand needs and forge new AI-enabled solutions.
• Own the entire lifecycle from discovery through design, implementation, deployment and iteration.
• Build on a home team and eventually land a full-time Product Manager role.
• Maintain an ownership mindset and navigate constraints to push through obstacles.
• Refine workflows and tooling to increase leverage and share improvements.
