Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student across a US college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, CS, IS, Business Analytics, HR, or related field.
• Foundational data analysis / visualization experience; Excel plus Python, SQL, Power BI, or Streamlit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test People Analytics solutions to turn workforce data into insights.
• Create workforce reporting, dashboards, and scorecards for HR and leaders.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics prototypes with approved tools while protecting data.
• Profile, clean, reconcile, and validate data; document logic and results.
