Job summary

Clarios is seeking a summer intern to collaborate with the USCAN BRM team, analyze business requirements, and help design and implement AI-driven digital solutions. You will research emerging AI trends and contribute to innovative tools and models, while working in a hybrid setup near Milwaukee.

The role focuses on gathering stakeholder feedback, integrating solutions into existing processes, and supporting continuous improvements with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, and/or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify AI opportunities.
• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new digital solution/AI models, algorithms, and solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging AI trends to enhance Clarios capabilities.
• Contribute to development of cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate solutions for performance improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and workflows.
