Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs across business areas and regions. You will partner with business and technology leaders to define strategy, governance, and delivery plans.

The role requires ambiguity tolerance, stakeholder influence, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve planning, risk management, and outcomes, while maintaining high-quality delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Ability to create program strategy, integrated plans, governance, and decision frameworks.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating priorities.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication.
• Experience using data and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, and functions.
• Define program strategy, objectives, roadmap, governance, and delivery plans.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts with mitigation.
• Partner with sponsors to define value, adoption plans, and benefits realization.
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities, scope, and resources.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented communications to executives and teams.
• Mentor project managers and delivery professionals in tools and practices.
• Use approved AI and automation tools to improve planning, research, reporting, and delivery while ensuring data integrity.
