Job summary

EvenUp seeks a technically sharp Mixed Methods User Researcher to bridge user research with product execution. You will run quantitative and qualitative research, and build lightweight tools and research-ops infrastructure for self-serve insights across the EPD teams.

You’ll design surveys, interviews, and sentiment analyses, while delivering actionable recommendations that shape the roadmap and drive revenue opportunities. This role blends analytics, research, and product impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced SaaS / B2B / tech environment in an analytics, product analytics, or product research role.
• Strong SQL and BI/product-analytics tools; able to pull, manipulate, and interpret data independently.
• Proven ability to build and deploy low-code/no-code AI solutions to automate workflows and synthesize complex data.

Responsibilities

• Mine and synthesize user signals using SQL, BI tools, and AI tooling to surface themes, pain points, and feature requests.
• Design and execute lightweight mixed-methods research: surveys, interviews, focus groups, sentiment analysis.
• Build self-serve tooling and research ops to scale insights; stand up the operational backbone for recruiting and workflows.
• Translate findings into tight recommendations that influence product roadmap and tie pain points to revenue opportunities.
