Abridge is seeking a Staff Mixed Methods User Researcher to shape the future of AI-powered healthcare. You will report to the Head of User Research and lead strategic mixed methods research that informs product direction and roadmaps.

You will study clinicians, care teams, administrators, and health systems to uncover unmet needs and translate evidence into actionable insights across real‑world settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of user research experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience researching physician or care team workflows.
• Proven ability to design and execute qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact mixed methods research influencing product strategy.
• Conduct interviews, contextual inquiry, workflow observation, surveys, and analyze product data.
• Identify unmet needs, adoption barriers, trust dynamics, and opportunities across settings.
