Job summary

Counsel Health is seeking an experienced physician leader to scale and manage our AI-native medical group. You will directly supervise W-2 and 1099 physicians, provide asynchronous acute, primary, and longevity care, while still seeing patients about 30% of the time.

You will partner with the VP of Care Delivery and VP of Clinical Operations to raise the bar on performance, build clinician support, and create an exceptional care model that blends clinical leadership with cutting-edge AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with meaningful longitudinal care experience.
• 3+ years post-residency clinical practice (5+ preferred).
• Direct physician management experience with coaching and feedback.
• Currently practicing medicine or provided care within the past 3 months.
• 10+ active U.S. state licenses or willingness to obtain more.
