Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services, Ltd. seeks an Operations Analyst for the DFW area to lead data and process improvement in Asset Management. This role bridges manufacturing, engineering, finance, and tech to elevate performance using analytics, automation, and AI.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and standardized work, while applying Lean and Six Sigma insights to optimize production, material flow, and reconfiguration of modular trailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations analysis, or CI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data-driven mindset.
• Excel mastery (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) required.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SAP, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations to identify opportunities for productivity gains and waste reduction.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Utilize AI tools to automate reporting and generate operational insights.
• Support scheduling, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports with data visualizations.
