Job summary

RiseMe seeks an IT Data Analyst to deliver data, reporting, and analytics support across CPT, OPE, and FC, partnering with the DAIE team to build and refine Power BI reports, Snowflake transformations, and data ingestion tools.

The role emphasizes SQL, Power BI, and automation with AI-enabled development, including Cortex and Copilot agents, while collaborating with business stakeholders to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline; OR an MBA with a concentration in data analytics; OR a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with equivalent professional experience, is required.
• Proficiency with SQL is required, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries for reporting, analytics, and data preparation.
• Proficiency with Power BI is required, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX in a business setting.
• Experience with Python is strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to support development, testing, and documentation is a strong preference.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools for business consumption (Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Agents, Copilot agents) is a strong preference.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Prefect, Kubernetes, or Docker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily data analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting support across CPT, OPE, and FC units, resolving incidents and enhancement requests.
• Serves as a key data/reporting contact, helping modernize reports, data models, and data processes.
• Writes, tests, and troubleshoots SQL queries for reporting and data preparation across multiple source systems.
• Builds and sustains Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models to support business decisions.
• Gathers requirements from users and translates questions into analytics solutions.
• Assists with migration of legacy reports into current Power BI apps and consolidates duplicates.
• Documents data sources, report logic, calculations, and processes to reduce single points of failure.
• Tracks and prioritizes tickets in ServiceNow, balancing workload across units.
• Collaborates with DAIE, IT, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with standards.
