Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Strategist at the Consultant level to contribute to business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design engagements. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to ensure customer and business value are built into products and services.

Qualifications

• One to five years of relevant experience across strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, commercial, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to connect customer needs, market dynamics, emerging trends, and commercial considerations into a cohesive strategic point of view.
• Experience supporting business, product, experience, or growth strategy initiatives.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, market analysis, competitive analysis, trend analysis, and opportunity assessment.
• Ability to use AI, generative AI, analytics, or other intelligence-enabled approaches to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, ideation, or solution development.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research using AI-enabled methods to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and differentiated positioning.
• Apply foresight and futurecasting to assess how trends may reshape industries and value.
• Synthesize insights into clear strategic hypotheses and points of view for client decisions.
• Develop innovative and commercially viable growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
• Explore how AI and generative AI can enable new customer experiences and business models.
• Translate tech possibilities into customer and commercial value with responsible AI considerations.
• Contribute to product and experience direction through concepts, journeys, blueprints, and requirements.
• Evaluate potential business impact with market size, revenue, pricing, costs, and investments.
• Support financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and business-case development.
