Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/Python/Java/.NET).
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI tooling is required.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AI orchestration is preferred.

Job Description: AI-Enabled Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Full Stack Developers with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and modern AI technologies, enabling them to develop scalable, production-ready intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.
• Create intuitive and responsive frontend experiences.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and observability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Stay current with emerging AI, agentic frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.

AI Experience (Required)

• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience building generative AI applications for real-world use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and production AI monitoring.
• Exposure to agentic AI platforms and workflow automation.
