Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for AI-enabled initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring value is delivered on time and with quality.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining Jira boards, and coaching teams to improve flow and predictability in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across product, engineering and business teams to meet milestones.
• Support roadmap execution and release planning with prioritized backlog.
