Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive agile delivery of AI-enabled technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, leading Jira/Confluence workflows, tracking milestones, and coaching teams toward continuous improvement in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Facilitate backlog refinement and planning sessions with Product Owners, ensuring work is prioritized and ready for development.
Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
