Qualifications

• 7+ years in data/analytics within financial services at VP level
• End-to-end product management for data/analytics/AI products
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Starburst, and Databricks
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the data products portfolio
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; write clear requirements and user stories with engineering partners
• Conduct customer discovery, define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), measure outcomes
• Manage stakeholders across CDAO, Global Private Bank, and partners; communicate trade-offs
• Champion data quality, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle
• Lead with AI/LLM tooling in product management workflow to accelerate discovery and delivery
• Partner with applied AI and data science teams to operationalize models safely and compliantly
• Champion AI-forward mindset across the portfolio to improve data products and user experiences
• Deliver unified data products across core data domains aligned with the data mesh strategy
