Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Data/Operations Research Analyst to join the Columbus, Ohio program as a power user of a customer-deployed Generative AI Platform. The role blends data analytics and operations research to deliver decision-ready insights from diverse, unstructured data sources.

The analyst will craft dashboards, recurring reports, and on-demand analyses used by program leadership and the customer, while providing feedback to improve the platform and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 5-10 years in a broad-based analytical role.
• Experience producing structured analytical products from diverse data sources.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an assigned program to develop data-driven products.
• Conduct broad-based data and operations research analyses.
• Serve as a power user of the Generative AI Platform and automate reporting.
• Acquire, profile, clean, and integrate data from disparate sources.
• Apply quantitative methods to answer program and customer questions.
• Synthesize information into clear narratives and quantitative summaries.
• Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership and customers.
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical plans and workflows.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and traceability.
