Amyx is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support the DLA Team in the Fort Belvoir, VA area. The role is on-site 2 days per week with the option to telework 3 days per week, focusing on data collection, analysis, reporting, documentation management, and process improvement using Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities.

The analyst will develop AI-driven data automation, integrate Microsoft 365 apps with AI resources, and produce actionable information products for DLA leadership.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• IT-III security clearance eligibility or NACLC.
• DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification, IAM Level I.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Edit and maintain system specifications, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain programming, operations documentation, procedures, and methodologies.
• Maintain internal documentation libraries and repositories.
• Provide financial and administrative support as required.
• Coordinate documentation and reporting services to meet customer requirements.
• Develop AI-driven data automation solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Configure and manage AI agents to automate data tasks.
• Integrate Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, 365) with AI resources.
• Support creation of automated information products and leadership briefings.
• Analyze business processes to improve efficiency via analytics and automation.
