Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice seeks an AI Security Manager to lead engagements that govern and secure enterprise AI programs. You will translate business and regulatory objectives into AI governance, risk, and security controls, guiding teams from assessment through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting experience, including AI/ML risk advisory
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks or security strategy programs for enterprise clients
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and standards such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or OWASP guidelines
• Experience leading client-facing advisory engagements and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments and governance workshops
• Translate objectives into AI governance frameworks and control models
• Advise clients on AI security strategy and review governance artifacts
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, and client expectations
• Coordinate with data, infrastructure, identity, and security teams to implement recommendations
• Develop reusable cyber strategy assets and coach practitioners
