Job summary

Cisco in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native and on-premises software solutions. You will own the technical lifecycle of complex projects, emphasize secure coding, privacy, and UX, and integrate AI-enabled frameworks.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across SDLC and Agile teams, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to work at the forefront of AI-driven engineering for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-premises environments, specifically involving Kubernetes
• Proficiency in programming in Python
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects with SDLC and Agile methodologies, in cloud and on-premise environments
