Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery and manage cross‑functional teams within the Americas OCTO. You’ll own delivery planning, governance, and reporting, enabling AI‑enabled products and platforms to ship reliably.

In this hybrid US role, you’ll coordinate product, engineering, and architecture, administer Jira and Confluence, track metrics, and coach teams toward continuous improvement and predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Facilitate backlog refinement and planning sessions with Product Owners, ensuring work is prioritized and ready.
Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
