Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint events.
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and roadmaps.
• Support backlog refinement and planning with Product Owners.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmaps.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics.
