JPW Industries is seeking an Accounting Manager in La Vergne, TN to own the monthly close and consolidation, lead a talented accounting team, and present clear financial insight to senior leaders and the Board. The role emphasizes reinventing how the work gets done using AI and modern finance systems.

You will manage US GAAP reporting, covenant compliance, revenue recognition, inventory valuation, taxes, and debt, while building stronger internal controls and coaching staff to adopt AI-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA or MAcc a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or retail.
• Experience leading an accounting team and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, inventory valuation, leases, taxes, and debt.

• Lead the monthly close, consolidation, and international entity coordination.
