Job summary

Granicus is seeking an experienced software engineer to join their Office of the CTO, focusing on AI-native software development life cycles. You will implement high-confidence engineering practices, driving the company’s mission to enhance public sector engagement through technology.

In this role, ownership of the generator-verifier architecture and the establishment of engineering standards will be crucial. The ideal candidate will possess robust CI/CD expertise, security architecture knowledge, and a commitment to quality assurance through senior review mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Experience with architecture of systems at scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLM agents.
• Strong understanding of security architecture standards.
• Proven ability to set standards within a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the generator-verifier architecture for the team.
• Define agent orchestration patterns and security boundaries.
• Build and operate CI/CD for agent pull-request volume.
• Establish eval-driven development as a discipline.
• Serve as the final accountability gate for code.
