Job summary

Broccoli AI is building AI teammates for field service contractors, replacing fragmented software and repetitive tasks. You’ll own customer education end-to-end, guiding adoption of an AI-native product and creating scalable training with video, docs, and in-product guidance.

You'll design frameworks, build a certification program, and ship practical training materials that help plumbers, HVAC techs, and electricians use Broccoli effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building training, education, or instructional content used by real people.
• Built education programs from the ground up, not just ran someone else's.
• Able to ship a job aid, video, or walkthrough yourself without a big team.
• Can turn messy workflows into clear, confidence-building lessons.
• AI-native approach using modern AI tools to analyze friction and speed work.

Responsibilities

• Own customer education end to end and build it into a scalable system.
• Design the framework and roadmap for the education system.
• Teach users how to get the most from an AI-native product, selecting formats for each audience.
• Use AI to draft lessons, produce docs, and analyze friction quickly.
• Design education around key customer moments to ensure smooth adoption.
• Meet customers where they are and connect current workflows to Broccoli's value.
