Job summary

Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses, serving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. This role focuses on enabling customers to confidently adopt Broccoli's AI tools—writing the playbook, building training from scratch, and using AI to accelerate learning and documentation.

You'll own enablement end-to-end, choose formats for different audiences, and measure success with a scalable certification program.

Qualifications

4+ years building training, enablement, or instructional content used by real users.
Experience creating programs from scratch, not just improving existing ones.
Ability to ship job aids, videos, or interactive guides independently.
Translate messy workflows into clear, confidence-building lessons.
AI-native approach using tools daily to speed training and analysis.
Strong judgment on formats and tools; willing to try new approaches.
Experience in home services or tools like ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own enablement end-to-end and scale into a repeatable system.
Create enablement content across formats: job aids, video, in-product guidance, etc.
Design enablement around key customer moments for low-friction adoption.
Meet customers where they are; connect current workflows to Broccoli benefits.
Build a certification program to measure proficiency.
