Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Principal, Artificial Intelligence Vendor Strategy & Partnerships to build strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem and translate opportunities into meaningful value for Pax8, partners, and customers.

You will shape vendor strategy, engage emerging AI companies, and lead partnerships with a hands-on, cross-functional approach to scale ecosystem growth and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Identify AI partnerships and opportunities within the ecosystem.
• Build influential relationships with AI companies, founders, and platform leaders.
• Develop repeatable frameworks to support decision-making and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities

• Shape our vendor strategy by identifying AI capabilities and market developments.
• Build strategic relationships with emerging AI companies and technology providers.
• Lead partnership development from initial engagement to formal collaboration.
• Translate vendor perspectives and market signals into practical recommendations for business and tech stakeholders.
• Create scalable approaches to support sustainable ecosystem growth.
• Influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
• Maintain a long-term view of AI ecosystem trends and commercial opportunities.
• Utilize AI-enabled workflows to increase speed and impact of work.
