Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of primary claim handling experience.
• High level of influence management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team under general supervision.
• Willingness to pursue CPCU or AIC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workers' compensation claims for exposure and set reserves.
• Use predictive analytics and AI tools to gain insights on medical issues and trends.
• Lead evaluation, mitigation and resolution of WC claims with MEC teams and attorneys.
• Achieve settlement and vendor goals within authority.
• Maintain well-documented claim files with up-to-date diary system.
• Interact with TPAs and regional teams to support growth and client retention.
