Powered by Pioneer is seeking a full-stack engineer at the intersection of AI Agents and blockchain to build scalable AI‑driven applications, weaving LLM models into on‑chain data processing, and bridging Web2 with Web3 stacks.

This is a true full-stack architect role requiring fluency across frontend and backend, hands‑on smart contract work, and leadership in engineering standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least one frontend framework (e.g., React) and one backend language (Python or Node.js); RESTful/GraphQL API design and performance tuning; writing unit, integration, or E2E tests.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and inference cost/latency trade‑offs; production-grade observability, fault tolerance, and evaluation pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and debugging smart contracts on mainnet or testnet; solid grasp of on‑chain data structures and common security vulnerabilities.
• Track record of independently shipping complete AI‑driven applications or SDKs — owning tech selection, architecture, and implementation end‑to‑end.
• Experience leading or contributing to team engineering standards (code reviews, documentation, AI-assisted development guidelines); turning expertise into team assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack applications and SDKs centered on blockchain middleware and infrastructure — embedding AI Agent capabilities into on-chain data processing, cross-chain protocol integration, and smart contract interaction.
• Build highly available, scalable backend services using Python, Node.js, or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Independently develop smart contracts and integrate with major blockchain networks (e.g., EVM‑compatible chains).
• Define engineering standards, reusable architecture patterns, and drive the team’s technical growth.
• Apply Specification Engineering to drive AI‑assisted delivery with discipline; codify best practices under version control to raise collaboration.
• Stay ahead of the AI + blockchain frontier, produce actionable technical insights, and drive continuous improvement of products and solutions.
