Job summary

Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to join the Pioneer Talent Program as seeds across product teams. You will help establish an autonomous, AI-augmented development model and drive end-to-end feature delivery across frontend and backend.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience, strong Java or Golang backend, and proficiency in Node.js and React. Open-source contributions and cross-platform skills are a plus. This remote-friendly program offers mentorship and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; CS or AI major preferred.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong backend with Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience owning end-to-end production projects.
• Familiarity with database design and data modeling.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Product and operational mindset.
• Curious, collaborative, and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflow.
• Translate requirements into implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
• Act as a full-stack seed, mentor peers, scale AI-augmented development.
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks and propose improvements to product/design/engineering processes.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
