Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer.
• Generalist with research, interaction design and visual craft.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, product designers, developers and QA.
• Daily use of AI tools to explore, generate variants and test ideas.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS basics to prototype in browser.
• Strong communication: present decisions, take feedback, push back when needed.
• Portfolio showing process, thinking and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions.
• Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.
• Collaborate with marketers, PMs, and engineers from concept to shipped pages.
• Use AI tools to prototype ideas, test hypotheses, and generate variants at scale.
• Monitor performance post-launch, run A/B tests, and improve outcomes.
• Run user research and usability testing to understand visitor hesitations.
• Be autonomous, pitch ideas, and innovate on brand display.
