Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in analytics roles.
• 5+ years designing and executing experiments (A/B and multivariate).
• Proficient in DiD, Synthetic control and other causal inference methods.
• 5+ years of SQL, Python or R and Tableau experience.
• 5+ years of manipulating large datasets, ETL, and Big Data tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurement strategy and end-to-end A/B testing for web optimization areas.
• Analyze web user behavior using clickstream data and key web metrics.
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools for automating tasks and custom implementations.
• Use predictive modeling and data storytelling to enable data-backed decisions at scale.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, Design to drive analytics projects.
