Job summary

LatentView Analytics is seeking a Web Analytics / Data Scientist with 5-9 years of experience to join our Mountain View office. You will design experiments, analyze web data, and build ML models to personalize experiences across digital products and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in web, product, marketing analytics solving business problems.
• Experience designing and executing experiments (A/B and multivariate) with stats behind hypothesis testing.
• Proficient in causal inference methods like DiD and synthetic control.
• 5+ years of SQL, Python or R and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with large datasets (clickstream), ETL pipelines and cloud tech (Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery).
• 3+ years in web analytics, analyzing traffic patterns and funnels.
• 5+ years building ML models for personalization.
• Strong communication and ability to influence leadership with data.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurement strategy and end-to-end A/B testing for web optimization areas.
• Analyze web user behavior using clickstream data and key metrics.
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools for automation and custom implementations.
• Use predictive modeling to enable data‑driven decisions at scale.
• Measure impact of product releases and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, Design teams to deliver analytics projects.
