Meijer is seeking an experienced IT professional to implement and optimize vendor software and interfaces within a SAFe/ITIL framework at our Grand Rapids campus. The role blends collaboration with vendors, IT peers, and business owners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You'll work in a hybrid model (Grand Rapids office Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday-Friday), shaping AI-enabled features and ensuring alignment with product owners and security teams.

Qualifikationen

• SAFe certification and ITIL Foundations.
• Experience with business applications design and development is preferred.
• Cross-functional project experience and strong vendor management skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates, Implements and configures vendor software applications.
• Develops interfaces to vendor software applications and assists in deployment of solutions.
• Optimizes packages to meet SLA/functional requirements.
• Provides high-level technical consulting support on vendor applications and interfaces.
• Evaluates AI-enabled vendor packages and platforms as part of solution assessments and roadmaps.
• Coordinates with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment.
