• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design and business stakeholders to identify needs and validate solutions.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to inform product and experience decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct UX research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops, and concept validation.
• Facilitate stakeholder discovery and design thinking workshops to identify needs and explore opportunities.
• Analyze findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support customer-centered decision making through evidence-based recommendations.
• Independently conduct research activities while supporting the UX lead with planning, recruitment, facilitation, analysis, and synthesis.
